Psalm 28:6 "Blessed be the lord, Because He has heard the voice of my supplications"
It has been six months since we found out about Mady's Melamine kidney stones. So last week we headed to SLC for another ultrasound and Drs. appointment. Today we are praising God for answering our prayers!! She had no kidney stones in either kidney!! We believe this is truly an answered prayer and we are so thankful to have them out of her body!! Six months ago we were told she had multiple stones in both kidneys the largest being 3mm. Several Drs. saw them and not one questioned whether they were there. They are just gone! Did she pass them?? If she did she is one tough cookie!
Even better news is that her kidneys appear to be healthy and working great!! We will do another US in 1 year and if she is healthy at that time we will probably not see the Pediatric Neuphrologist again!! So we will continue to pray she will recover from this melamine being put into her little body and that she has no lasting effects. Some other possible long term effects that have been discussed with us are cancer and reproductive issues. But again, no one really knows....there are no cases to study. So we will continue to ask God to take care of this precious child He has given to us :)

So happy they are gone and a bit jealous. Hoping that Lili's new news was a fluke and we'll get the same news in 6 months.
They are tough little girls ... so amazing!!!
God bless's those who are faithful to his word and trust in him. we are truly blessed. praise be to him and all he does. we will continue to pray for all of our china dolls. may he bless them as well. mom
